Changeover day is Friday. Why? Saturday's are chaotic on the roads down to St Ives and once here, parking can be a challenge. Well, spending your holiday's in such a wonderful town has to have some downsides, right? Many of our guests have said that they prefer to avoid this chaos and come down on a Friday. However, we can be flexible on the changeover day outside of the main holiday periods....just ask us!
A deposit of 25% of the weekly rate is due with your reservation, made by bank transfer. Your balance is due, along with a £100 damage bond, 8 weeks before you stay.
