Can I smoke in the cottage?
No,sorry, the cottage is strictly no smoking.
Can I have pets in the cottage?
Regrettably not. We keep the cottage pet-free so guests who are pet-intolerate can stay with confidence.
What is the changeover day?
During peak-season, changeover day is Friday. Outside of peak-season, we can be flexible. Ask us.
Can we park at the cottage?
No, the cottage is on a no-through road. You can pull up outside to pick-up and drop-off. The nearest long-stay car-park is 300 metres away.
Are bills included in the rates?
Yes, electricity, gas, water and wi-fi.
Is there heating in the cottage?
Yes, gas central heating. There is a radiator in the lounge, both of the bedrooms and the bathroom.
Is there a garden?
No, we do not have a garden or a yard. But why would you want one when St Ives has some of the best beaches in the world? Take a BBQ down there, we do.
How can I make a booking?
Send us a mail, or telephone us. You can find out contact details here. We will send you a Booking Form, with our Terms and Conditions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer. Its free and easy. We do not pay agents or property management companies so the savings get passed onto you.
What's the earliest time that I can check-in and at what time must I check-out?
Normally, 3pm is the earliest check-in time and 10am is the latest check-out time. It takes time to clean the cottage to an excellent level. Out of peak-season, sometimes we can accomodate other check-in and check-out times. Ask us.
Is laundry included?
Bed linen is included along with a hand towel and bath towel for each guest. Beach towels are not included.
What is the maximum number of guests that the cottage will accomodate?
The cottage accomodates 4 guests. There is room in the second bedroom for a cot-bed.
