Accomodation is over 2 floors, as in a traditional house. The cottage is accessed through a shared main front door (shared with a basement appartment), into a shared hallway, before accessing the second main door to the cottage. Downstairs, you can find the living area and dining kitchen. The living area is comfortably equipped with two leather sofas, a flat-screen Samsung TV, local Cornish artwork, central-heating and an open fireplace.

To the rear aspect can be found the second bedroom having two single, white wooden framed beds with Laura Ashley bed linen as well as a small wardrobe, small chest of drawers, a side table and black-out curtains. The floor boards have been stripped and of course, there is central heating.

On the second floor, we have two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the front aspect of the cottage can be found the first bedroom having a king-size, oak-framed bed with Laura Ashley bed linen as well as a wardrobe, small side cabinet, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and black-out curtains.

Our Cottage

Our fully restored, traditional granite fronted fisherman's cottage is perfectly located for exploring St Ives, being located on a quiet side road, just off the main shopping street. We have worked hard to retain the seaside, cosy cottage feel and yet make a contemporary, modern home. For the 2015 season, the cottage has been fully repainted and refurnished with new beds, mattresses, leather sofas and all new quality branded bedding and towels. Whether you are looking for a spring/summer beach holiday, a cosy autumn/winter break or to join the annual New Years Eve fancy dress excitement, we are confident that you will enjoy your stay at our cottage..

Our cottage dates back to the 1850's and would have once been a local fishermans cottage. It was built with a granite front, like the others in the road, and retains its original charm.

It is located on a quiet no-through road, with no parking, just a few hundred metres off one of the main shopping streets in St Ives. The location is perfect for off-loading luggage and shopping from the car, without the fear of being moved on by a car wishing to pass or a traffic warden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a DAB/Bluetooth player. There are enough utensils, cutlery and dishware for a family of 4 people along with a dining table and chairs.

The bathroom is tiled in marble. The power shower is over the cast-iron bath.
